Militants of the Nusra Front terrorist group (banned in Russia) and other terrorists remaining in Syria's Idlib are attempting to undermine the implementation of the de-escalation zone memorandum, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday.
"Terrorists from Nusra Front and other Al-Qaeda-affiliated [banned in Russia] groups, which keep trying to disrupt the implementation of the memorandum concluded between Russia and Turkey in Sochi on September 17, still remain in the Idlib de-escalation zone," Zakharova told a briefing.
