US Expelling Two Cuban Diplomats At UN For Conducting Influence Ops - State Department

WASHINGTON (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 20th September, 2019) The US government has demanded the expulsion from the country of two Cuban diplomats stationed at the United Nations for conducting anti-American influence operations, Department of State Spokesperson Morgan Ortagus said on Wednesday.
"The Department of State today notified the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the United States requires the imminent departure of two members of Cuba's Permanent Mission to the United Nations for abusing their privileges of residence," Ortagus said in a statement. "This is due to their attempts to conduct influence operations against the United States."
