Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1Sweet Corn کو ابلتے ہوئے پانی میں سرکے کے ساتھ پانچ سے سات منٹ ابال کر چھلنی میں چھان لیں،اوپر سے ٹھنڈا پانی بہا کر اچھی طرح خشک کر لیں۔
2 پیاز کو باریک چوپ کر لیں،ٹماٹر اور کھیرے کے بیج نکال کر چوپ کر لیں۔
3 کوکنگ آئل میں Sweet Cornکو ہلکا سا فرائی کرکے نکال لیں۔
4 پیالے میں پیاز،ٹماٹر،کھیرا،Sweet Cornاور باریک کٹی ہوئی ہری مرچیں ڈال کر ملائیں۔
5 پھر نمک،کالی مرچ اور باریک کٹا ہوا ہرا دھنیا چھڑک کر ملا کر فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
