Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کر کے بریڈ کے ٹکڑے ڈالیں،آنچ درمیانی رکھیں۔
2 زیتون کا تیل ڈال کر بریڈ فرائی کریں،سنہری ہو جائے تو پلیٹ میں نکال لیں۔
3 پیالے میں 2 کھانے کے چمچے زیتون کا تیل‘لہسن‘لیموں کا رس‘سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر اور نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
4 سرونگ پلیٹ میں سلاد کے پتوں پر فرائی کی ہوئی بریڈ رکھیں اور اس کے اوپر تیار کی ہوئی ڈریسنگ ڈال کر پنیر چھڑک دیں اور سرو کریں۔
