1 سوجی 125 گرام

2 گھی 3/4 کپ

3 کھویا1/2 کپ(کدوکش کر لیں)

4 چینی 1کپ

5 بادام1 1/2 چائے کا چمچہ (چوپ کر لیں)

6 پستے 1 1/2 چائے کاچمچہ

7 چھوٹی الائچی پاوٴڈر1چائے کا چمچہ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1کڑاہی میں گھی گرم کر کے الائچی پاوٴڈر۔ سوجی اور کھویا ایک ساتھ ڈال کر بھون لیں
  2. 2 گاجریں ڈال کر تیزی سے چمچہ چلائیں
  3. 3 جمنے لگے تو سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر گول پیلا کر مائیکرواوون میں 3 منٹ بیک کر کے کلر دے دیں
  4. 4 اوپر سے پستے اور بادام ڈال کر گارنش کر کے سرو کریں
