SAPM Haroon Holds Meeting With Representatives Of All Chambers

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jul, 2025) Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan on Friday held a high-level meeting with representatives from all Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

The meeting, held at the Ministry of Finance, was co-chaired by Minister of State for Finance, Bilal Azhar Kayani, said a news release.

The meeting was also attended by Prime Minister’s Coordinator Rana Ehsan Afzal, Chairman of the Federal board of Revenue (FBR) Rashid Mahmood Langrial and member Operations Hamid ateef.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the charter of demands presented by the business community.

Haroon said that proposals on each of the demands have been prepared with consensus and will soon be submitted to the Prime Minister for approval.

All representatives from the Chambers appreciated the government’s efforts and extended their gratitude for addressing their concerns.

The meeting marked a significant step forward towards building a new era of cooperation and trust between the Federal Board of Revenue and the business community.
