Sharjah Ruler Issues Emiri Decree Establishing Urban Appearance Department

SHARJAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 20th Jan, 2019) H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree forming a new department in the Sharjah Directorate of Town Planning and Survey, SDTPS.

Pursuant to Decree No.

03 of 2019, the new department, named the 'Urban Appearance Department', shall fall within the organisational structure of the Sharjah Directorate of Town Planning and Survey .

Upon the provision of the new Decree, the SDTPS Chairman shall issue the regulations and decisions necessary to implement the provisions of this Decree, after being approved by the Sharjah Executive Council, SEC.

The Decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published Official Gazette.
