Biden Refuses to Say Whether He Has Preconditions for Holding Summit With Putin

WASHINGTON (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 27th April, 2021) US President Joe Biden on Tuesday refused to say whether he has preconditions for holding a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

"I'll discuss that all another day," Biden said.

The US president offered Putin to meet during summer in a yet to be determined European country.
