China Considers $7Bln Construction Of Vladivostok-Suifenhe Railroad Profitable - Envoy

China considers the construction of a high-speed railroad between the Russian Far Eastern city of Vladivostok and China's Suifenhe, worth $7 billion, to be profitable, Russian Deputy Prime Minister and presidential envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev told reporters Tuesday.
DALIAN (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st August, 2018) China considers the construction of a high-speed railroad between the Russian Far Eastern city of Vladivostok and China's Suifenhe, worth $7 billion, to be profitable, Russian Deputy Prime Minister and presidential envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev told reporters Tuesday.
"A Chinese company. looked at everything in detail, and... came to the conclusion that the construction of the railroad is cost-effective.The railroad costs $7 billion, its length is 180 kilometers," Trutnev said.
