MINSK (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st November, 2018) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Wednesday blasted the decision to vest the Technical Secretariat of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) with additional functions to establish those guilty of chemical attacks.
"Vesting a technical body with functions that are the direct prerogative of the UN Security Council means to launch an attack on the foundations of international law," Lavrov said.
