Lavrov To Visit Minsk, Meet Belarusian Counterpart On November 20-21 - Zakharova

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will pay a working visit to Minsk on November 20-21, during which he will hold talks with his Belarusian counterpart Vladimir Makei, Russian Foreign Ministry's spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday at a press briefing.
"The working schedule contains a visit, talks and participation in the events in Minsk. On November 20-21, head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Lavrov will pay a working visit to the Republic of Belarus in order to take part in the joint meeting of the Panel of the both countries' foreign ministries," Zakharova said.
According to the spokeswoman, Lavrov will have a meeting with Makei as part of the visit.
"During the talks, a wide range of bilateral relations and foreign policy interaction will be discussed with a focus on implementation of the provisions of the joint statement of the Russian and Belarus presidents dated June 19. The parties are going to pay a special attention to the integration," Zakharova noted.
She added that Lavrov would also discuss preparations for the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) member states that would be held in the Italian city of Milan on December 6-7.
The ministers will also exchange opinions on the key issues of the global and regional agenda, according to Zakharova.
