Russians should feel the real improvement of life quality already this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 20th February, 2019) Russians should feel the real improvement of life quality already this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.

"Let me emphasize that thanks to the long-term joint work and the achieved results, we can now direct and concentrate enormous financial resources for development purposes. Nobody gave them to us, we did not borrow them � these funds were earned by millions of our citizens, by the whole country. They need to be used in a way that will allow to increase the wealth of Russia and the well-being of Russian families," Putin said in an address to the Federal Assembly.

"In the near future, this year, they should feel the real improvement of the situation. Based on their [Russians'] opinion, assessments of citizens we will summarize the first results of national projects at the beginning of the next year and draw appropriate conclusions about the quality and results of all levels of executive power," the president said.
