Al Jazira Club Continues To Set Goals For The Club's Success, Business Sustainability

ABU DHABI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 20th May, 2019) At a special Suhour gathering, the leadership of Al Jazira Sports and Culture Club, AJC, highlighted the significant progress made by the club on and off the field one year after launching its new vision and development plan, "One Team, One Goal; Rich History, Bright Future".
Dr. Sultan bin Ahmad Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State and Vice Chairman of the Al Jazira Sports Club, conveyed the greetings of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Honorary President and Chairman of the Honorary Board, as well as H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and the Vice Chairman of the Honorary Authority and the Club President.
He said, "Through the vision of our leadership, this club has built a history of success on the pitch that has made it the pride of Abu Dhabi, and that has continued this season. However, the strides we have made off the pitch should not be underestimated. The club members are also committed to demonstrating positive values across the organisation, such as team spirit, a constant ambition to achieve, integrity, sporting ethics and a passion for the true essence of sports.

Commending the club’s leadership over the past 12 months for its commitment to applying the best practices across the business, he said, "We must continue working at the highest levels to match the great ambitions of the Al Jazira Club and its fans, ensuring that it will be a successful role model for sports clubs in the UAE, Asia and across the world."
Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, Board member of Al Jazira Club and Chairman of the Al Jazira Football Company, revealed the team's plans for the next few seasons, which include focusing on developing the emerging talent of the Al Jazira academy and forming an integrated team based on Emirati and local talent in the near future, in addition to developing a long-term plan that helps the team achieve local and regional titles.
During the discussion, Rashid Al Hamli, Board member of Al Jazira club, pointed out that the club is now working on a new vision in coordination with the Abu Dhabi Council to achieve its goals.
The gathering was attended by board members, current players, renowned former players, and supporters of the Al Jazira Sports Club, the "Pride of Abu Dhabi".
