ABU DHABI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 18th Mar, 2019) Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance, received the guests of the 'Family’s Role in Consolidating Values of Tolerance Conference' on Monday.

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak welcomed the guests and stressed that the UAE aims to consolidate the values of tolerance, respect and coexistence between the entire community without discrimination while noting that the UAE’s successful model of tolerance is due to the wise vision of the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

He added that the UAE has a leading international role in promoting tolerance, which is due to the keenness of the wise leadership to promote the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence.

Sheikh Nahyan said that the family is the key cornerstone of the community, and promotes the values of tolerance among future generations while wishing the conference success.

The guests thanked Sheikh Nahyan for welcoming them and praised his role in supporting the conference.

The reception was attended by Dr. Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of the Federal National Council, FNC, Fozio Zinel, Chairperson of the Bahraini Parliament, Sheikha Naeema Al Ahmed Al Sabah, Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Director-General of the Hedayah International Centre, and Mohammed Al Murr, Chairman of the board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum library, as well as many Arab and foreign diplomats in the UAE, senior officials and religious leaders.
