Sultan Al Badi Highlights Importance Of Strengthening Innovation, Creativity Culture Of Legal Sector

Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi, Minister of Justice, highlighted the importance of strengthening the culture of innovation and creativity of the UAE’s legal sector, as well as the necessity of offering services according to innovative plans and programmes, to facilitate the dealings of customers with the judicial services.
SHARJAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 26th Sep, 2018) Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi, Minister of Justice, highlighted the importance of strengthening the culture of innovation and creativity of the UAE’s legal sector, as well as the necessity of offering services according to innovative plans and programmes, to facilitate the dealings of customers with the judicial services.
While today inspecting the work of the Sharjah House of Justice, as part of his programme to visit the country’s Federal courts and prosecution offices, Al Badi stressed the importance of developing the administrative capabilities and skills of the sector, to support the ministry’s policy of offering quality services and achieving the happiness of customers.
During his visit, Al Badi reviewed the house’s development plans and projects and services to the public while meeting with its heads of courts, judges and customers.
While accompanied by Sultan Rashid Al Matroushi, Acting Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Jassem Saif Buossaiba, Head of the Judicial Inspection Department, and several of the ministry’s leaders, Al Badi reviewed the work of the house’s courts and departments, as well as its customer service centre and notary offices.
Al Badi held a meeting with several lawyers and listened to their notes and suggestions regarding their case procedures and how to cooperate with the ministry, to ensure timely justice while noting the importance of holding more meetings with lawyers, to promote mutual cooperation, identify common practical issues, and determine the best means of advancing the profession.
