The teams of Social Welfare Department Saturday arrested 26 beggars from different roads and markets of city
FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Dec, 2017 ) :The teams of Social Welfare Department Saturday arrested 26 beggars from different roads and markets of city. A spokesman for the Social Welfare Department said that among the arrested beggars include 16 males, seven females and three juveniles.
He said that these beggars were arrested from General Bus Stand, Bashir Nizami chowk, Abdur Rasheed Ghazi chowk, Sitiana road, Gulberg, Narwala road and Ghulam Muhammad Abad. Anti beggary drive would continue with full swings in all parts of the city to weed out this evil practice, he added.
