The Accountability Court (AC) of Islamabad Monday ordered to exclude the name of Rental Power Project's manager Rana Amjad from the list of witnesses in a corruption reference against former prime minister Raja Pervaiz Asharf.
AC Judge Muhammad Bashir issued the order on the request of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) after accused Rana Amjad expressed willingness to become an approver against former prime minister.
The court also allowed NAB to file a supplementary reference in the Rental Power Project corruption case.
