According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-141 Sheikhupura-VII constituency with 37390 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Mian Mujataba Shuja Ur Rehman was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 58857 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Chouhadry Muhammad Nawaz Net who got 23188 votes.

At least 21 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-141. In 2013 elections, there were 169792 voters registered in PP-141, out of which 85900 votes were polled out.
