PPP, PTI Politics Not Based On Ideology: Senator

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Mar, 2018 ) :Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Senator Abdul Qayyum Monday said politics of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) was not based on ideology and recently held Senate election had exposed their politics.
Talking to a private news channel, he said both the parties had made alliance in the Senate election against the PML-N. He said politics of PPP was now limited to Sindh province only after death of Benazir Bhutto.
The senator stressed the need for across the board accountability as nobody was above the law and the constitution. He said law should be applicable on everyone equally. He said PTI was responsible to introduce politics of allegations and sit-in in the country.
