Punjab Sports Minister Greets Wrestlers Inayat, Inam

Punjab Sports Minister Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti Tuesday congratulated Pakistani wrestlers Inayatullah and Mohammad Inam over their medal-winning performances at the Youth Olympiad Games in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Turkey, respectively.

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Oct, 2018 ) :Punjab sports Minister Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti Tuesday congratulated Pakistani wrestlers Inayatullah and Mohammad Inam over their medal-winning performances at the Youth Olympiad Games in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Turkey, respectively.

Inayatullah defeated American wrestler Carson Taylor Manville 3-1 in 65-kg bout to win the first-ever bronze for Pakistan in the Youth Olympics in an individual capacity.

Top national grappler Muhammad Inam also created history by winning a gold medal in World Championship of Beach Wrestling at Sarigerme, Turkey recently.

In his greeting message, the minister said that both wrestlers made the entire nation proud by bringing laurels to the country in international competitions. "The medal-winning performances of our wrestlers are the outcome of their strenuous efforts and dedication.

We hope that these athletes will continue their hard work and win more medals for Pakistan in future."
