"This is not a real humanitarian aid, we saw it before.

We saw cases when weapons were brought in with humanitarian aid delivered for radical illegal extremist groups. And now Colombia is providing its territory for organizing attacks against Venezuela's territory. It's a 'gratitude' of Columbia to Venezuela supporting the peace process in Colombia, which wasn't finalized, by the way. And now Colombia is paying us back with its territory being used to prepare aggression against Venezuela," Rodriguez said.
