Ex-Soviet Leader Gorbachev Hopes No One Will Drag Out Russia-US Strategic Stability Talks

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 31st July, 2021) Former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev expressed hope in an interview with Sputnik that neither Russia nor the United States would drag out the strategic stability consultations that started in Geneva earlier this week.
"It is good that negotiations on strategic stability have finally begun, as presidents [Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden agreed. I hope that no one will drag them out," Gorbachev said.
