Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed belief on Wednesday that the United States should react to Pyongyang's constructive steps by taking similar steps as well
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 16th January, 2019) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed belief on Wednesday that the United States should react to Pyongyang's constructive steps by taking similar steps as well.
"We have been supporting positive trends on the Korean Peninsula in line with the Russian-Chinese road map on [crisis] settlement.
These [trends] certainly invoke the necessity of response steps as a reaction to Pyongyang's constructive actions," Lavrov said at a press conference.
