UAE, Czech Boosting Defence Ties

Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, on Tuesday met with Lubomir Metnar, Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic, on the sidelines of IDEX 2019

ABU DHABI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 19th Feb, 2019) Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, on Tuesday met with Lubomir Metnar, Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic, on the sidelines of IDEX 2019.

At the meeting, Al Bowardi and Metnar discussed means to advance ties in the defence sector, and also exchanged views on regional and international developments of mutual interest.

Matar Salim Ali Al Dhaheri, Under-Secretary of the UAE Ministry of Defence, a number of senior officials and officers from the ministry, and the delegation accompanying Metnar attended the meeting.
