Senator Muhammad Azam Laid To Rest At His Native Town

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Dec, 2018 ) :Senior President of Pukhtunkhaw Milli Awami Party and the Chief of Musakhel Tribe Senator Sardar Muhammad Azam Khan Musakhel was laid to rest here Sunday at his native town Musakhel in the presence of thousands of mourners.

A large number of social, political and locals attended his funeral prayer. He passed away in a private hospital in Karachi on Saturday following cardiac arrest.

The dead body was carried through airplane at Quetta Airport which was shifted by ambulance to at his native town.

Central Chairman of Pakhtunkhaw Milli Awami Party Mehmood Khan Achakzai, Deputy Speaker Balochistan Assembly Sardar Babar Khan Musakhel, Senator Usman Kakar, Hamid Khan Achakzai, MPA Nawab Ayaz Khan Jogazai, Nasrullah Zehri and other high profile personalities from Balochistan and Khyber Pukhtunkhwa attended the funeral prayer.

Deputy Commissioner of Musakhel Muneer Ahmed Kakar was directed for the arrangement of foolproof security on the occasion.

The local traders organizations announced three-day mourning.
