Sheikh Rashid Issued Notice To Vacate Illegal Land

RAWALPINDI, Oct 26(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Oct, 2016 ) : The Evacuee Trust board (ETB) on Wednesday issued notice to Awami Muslim League Chief (AML) Sheikh Rashid Ahmed to vacate the five marla of ETB's land.
According to details, earlier a notice was issued to the AML chief a year ago to vacate the five marla land, adjacent to Lal Haveli, illegally occupied by Sheikh Rashid.
During the hearing of appeal, Sheikh Rashid could not prove his claim.
The Trust Court on October 17 issued the notice to him to vacate the land within 15 days saying it was illegally occupied. Lal Haveli administration had built six rooms and a kitchen on the five marala land, ETB Administrator Tanvir Akhtar confirmed.
