Test cricketer Muhammad Rizwan guided PIMS University to 31 runs victory against City University in the Peace Cricket final played here at Hayatabad Sports Complex Cricket ground on Wednesday
PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2019 ) :Test cricketer Muhammad Rizwan guided PIMS University to 31 runs victory against City University in the Peace cricket final played here at Hayatabad sports Complex Cricket ground on Wednesday.
Director PIMS education System Anwar Khan, President Peshawar District Cricket Association Asghar Ali and Secretary PDCA Hanif Shah graced the occasion as guests. In the final of the Peace Cricket PIMS skipper Hamad Ul Hassan won the toss and elected to bat first by setting up 133 runs in the allotted 20 overs.
Test cricketer Muhammad Rizwan while batting made 45 runs including five glorious boundaries all around the ground.
Hamad Ul Hassan also played a captain knock and made 35 runs including three boundaries, Asad scored 24 runs. For City University Asad Khan scored 24 runs. For City University Asad claimed two wickets, Imran and Fawad got one wicket.
In reply, City University all team bundled out for 102 runs in which Imran scored 33 runs, Jawad made another 19 runs with three boundaries and Haroon scored 17 runs. Asad and Hamad Ul Hassan took three wickets each.
