At least four people were killed and ten others were injured in twin blasts in Afghanistan's southern Helmand province, local media reported Saturday.

The explosions occurred at the stadium during celebrations of Farmers' Day in the city of Lashkar Gah, according to the Khaama Press.
In turn, the 1TV broadcaster reported citing an official from the Interior Ministry that three people were killed and 31 people were wounded in the attack.
Helmand governor Mohammad Yasin Khan is among those injured, according to the Ariana news broadcaster. In contrast, 1TV said that the governor was not wounded in the blasts.
The Taliban movement has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack.
