Chief Rabbi of the All-Ukrainian Jewish Congress and the United Jewish Community of Ukraine Moshe Reuven Azman said Friday he had evidence that two employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) were involved in directed surveillance on Kiev's central synagogue.
"We carefully checked the information, photos and videos published on the internet. As part of the inspection, including with the technical assistance of our Israeli colleagues, using the face and image recognition technology AnyVision, it was found that the persons on the submitted photos correspond to two citizens with a probability of 99.97 percent," the rabbi wrote on his Facebook page.
He also announced the Names of two alleged NABU employees.
The rabbi also said that experts had established the IP addresses from which the attacks on the synagogue's security systems, which involved temporarily disabling surveillance cameras, had been carried out.
"As part of our country's security interest and the rights of citizens, we are ready to accept offers of a meeting with all competent persons. The meeting house is open for prayer and repentance for all comers, including the leadership of law enforcement agencies, regardless of their religious or other communities," he said.
This situation was already being managed at the highest national and international level, the rabbi added.
