بھنی دال چنا دو کپ
پیاز ایک عدد
گھی چار کھانے کے چمچے
شملہ مرچیں آدھا کلو
نمک مرچ بقدر ضرورت
ترکیب:
شملہ مرچیں دھو کر اوپر سے ڈنٹھل کاٹ کر سوراخ کر لیں اور چمچ یا چھری کی مدد سے دال بھر دیں۔ اب پیاز کاٹ کر گھی میں تل لیں نمک چھڑک دیں اور مرچیں بھون کر گلا لیں۔ پانی بقدر ضرورت ہو دال گلنے پر دم دے دیں۔
