4 رس گلے 200 گرام
5 دار چینی پاوٴڈر 1/2 چائے کا چمچہ
Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب
- 1200 ملی لیٹر پانی گرم کر کے اس میں چینی اور دار چینی پاوٴڈر ڈال کر شیرہ تیار کر لیں
- 2 اس میں آڑو ڈال کر دھیمی آنچ پر 2 منٹ تک پکائیں
- 3 آلوچے شامل کر کے مزید 3 منٹ تک پکائیں
- 4 آنچ سے اُتار کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں
- 5 اس کو سرونگ باوٴل میں ڈال کر رس گلے شامل کریں اور فریج میں رکھ دیں ٹھنڈا کر کے سرو کریں
