Kuwait oil up US$1.41, stands at US$68.56 pb

The price of Kuwaiti oil went up US$1.41 to settle at US$68.56 per barrel (pb) Monday, comparing to US$67.15 pb last Friday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on Tuesday

KUWAIT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 02nd Apr, 2019) The price of Kuwaiti oil went up US$1.41 to settle at US$68.56 per barrel (pb) Monday, comparing to US$67.15 pb last Friday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on Tuesday.

According to the Kuwait news Agency, KUNA, the prices in the global markets were up due to shrinkage in supply and positive signs for global economy to reach new highs in 2019.

"The price of the Brent Blend went up US$1.43 to US$69.01 pb, the same case with the West Texas Intermediate, which went up by US$1.45 to US$61.59 pb," added KUNA.
