Administration checks essentials' prices

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd May, 2018 ) :On the directives of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mardan, Mohammad Usman Mehsud, the Assistant Commissioner (AC), Mardan Imran Khan paid a surprise visit to different bazaars and checked the prices of essentials.

During the visit,he arrested several shopkeepers for overcharging while a butcher was sent to jail. Speaking on the occasion, he termed profiteering a curse, adding district administration will continue action against it.
