The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad Wednesday adjourned the hearing of Mumbai attack case till January 30 on the prosecution's request
The prosecution urged the court for adjournment , informing the court that a petition had been filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for recalling 19 witnesses, who had earlier testified or given up.
The ATC had already rejected the prosecution's plea for recalling the witnesses.
The IHC had suspended the proceedings of the case at the ATC till the decision of the petition, the prosecution added.
It may be added that issue of calling 27 foreign witnesses is still pending in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The hearing of post arrest bail application of five accused in the case was also adjourned by ATC Judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi.
