Complaint Cell Established At MEPCO Bahawalpur

Multan Electric Company (MEPCO) has established a complaint cell at its Bahawalpur office to deal with complaints received from consumers. According to a press release issued here Tuesday, the complaint cell established at MEPCO Office in Bahawalpur will comprises of staff of different sections including General Complaint Cell, Load Management Cell, Monitoring Cell and Surveillance Cell

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2018 ) :Multan Electric Company (MEPCO) has established a complaint cell at its Bahawalpur office to deal with complaints received from consumers.

According to a press release issued here Tuesday, the complaint cell established at MEPCO Office in Bahawalpur will comprises of staff of different sections including General Complaint Cell, Load Management Cell, Monitoring Cell and Surveillance Cell.

The press release further said that the MEPCO had been focusing on not carrying out power load shedding during Sehri, Iftar and Tarahvee hours. "If load shedding is reported in Sehri, Iftar and Tarahvee hours in any area, the respective consumers can submit their complaint with the complaint cell in this regard," it said.
