IHC Adjourns Hearing Of Missing Citizen's Case Till Nov 18

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Nov, 2016 ) : Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday adjourned hearing of the case regarding missing of a citizen. Justice Athar Minallah resumed hearing of the case filed by a woman Mahera seeking recovery of her husband Sajid Mehmood.
During the course of proceeding, the Standing Counsel Khawaja Imtiaz requested the court to grant time for preparation regarding case, which was accepted by the court. The court adjourned hearing of the case till Nov 18.
It may be mentioned here that the petitioner, Mahera Sajid, a resident of sector F-10/1, had stated in her plea that she and her missing husband Sajid Mehmood were both engineers by profession and running a small software development firm called Quality Clix.
She said that on March 14 this year, her husband was held by some unknown abductors. The petitioner has prayed to the court to order recovery of her husband and also order investigation against the abductors.
