PTI Govt. Failed To Control Outbreak Of Dengue: Muqam

Ameer Muqam Saturday said that outbreak of dengue has proved that claims of Imran Khan regarding introducing reforms in health department were wrong but only part of a ploy to divert attention of people from real problems

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Aug, 2017 ) : Advisor to Prime Minister and Provincial President PMLN Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engr. Ameer Muqam Saturday said that outbreak of dengue has proved that claims of Imran Khan regarding introducing reforms in health department were wrong but only part of a ploy to divert attention of people from real problems.

He was addressing the inauguration ceremony of 1.5 billion rupees Sui Gas project in NA 13 Swabi. He said that nothing tangible has been achieved by PTI government against dengue after facing defeat in tackling issue of rats.

He said that government machinery has failed to deliver against menace of dengue that is hovering on the people of KP who voted Imran Khan into power. Muqam said that certain elements are trying to create hurdles in development of Swabi adding these vested interests are trying to influence people of Swabi for their personal gain.

He said that honest officers were left with no other option other than to resign due to rampant corruption in public departments. He said that Imran has kept himself aloof from the affairs of KP despite people who elected him are under constant duress and suffering due to prevalent despondency.

He said that only way to bring positive change in society is to ensure indiscriminate accountability but unfortunately the simple fact was being ignored by the people who are at helm of affairs in KP.

PM Advisor alleged that provincial government is trying to achieve political gains by inaugurating projects that were launched by Federal government, maintaining people of KP should be aware of the politicians who are busy to misled people by deceit.
