YDA calls off strike at OPDs of all hospitals

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Sep, 2018 ) :After successful talks with Provincial Health Minister Dr.Yasmin Rashid, the Young Doctors Association (YDA) Punjab on Monday called off strike at OPDs of all the public sector hospitals of the province.

Talking to APP the President of the YDA, Punjab Dr.

Maroof said that Health department agreed to form a committee to investigate and sort out all the matters concerned to doctors community.

Therefore, on the special assurance of Health Minister Dr.Yasmin Rashid, the YDA decided to call off their strike and the doctors would attend the OPDs of all the hospitals in Punjab fromSeptember 25 (Tuesday), the YDA President concluded.
