Asian TT Championship In China,Pak Players To Participate

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Feb, 2017 ) -Pakistan table tennis players would participate in Asian table tennis championship scheduled in China from April 9. While talking to APP here on Friday, secretary general Pakistan table tennis federation (PTTF) Khawaja Hassan Wadood said that three male and as many women players from Pakistan would participate in the championship which would continue till April 16.
He said that the training camp would be from March 1-10 at Pakistan sports board Islamabad.
Table tennis coach Saleem Abass would impart training to male players,while Yasmeen Akhtar would impart training to female players in the camp.
He said that PTTF would announce the name of the players for championship next week.Two officials,including a manager and coach would also accompany the table tennis players. Meanwhile, Junior SAF junior & cadet table tennis event would be held in Sri Lanka from May 17 to 19 in which eight male and as many women table tennis players would participate. APP/sak-swf/ff
