SSU Wins Seven Medals In Shooting Competition

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2017 ) : Seven Medals won by Special Security Unit Commandos of Sindh Police at the Police Shuhda Memorial shooting competition held at National Police Bureau Islamabad.
In the shooting competition, one Gold medal won by Commando Abdullah, three bronze won by Commando Arsalan, two bronzes won by Commando Abdul Shakoor and one Silver by Lady Commando Rubab Kanwal, siad a statement issued by SSU here on Monday.
As many as 88 firers of police departments from all over the country participated in the shooting competition. Different types of weapons were used in the competition.
Commandant SSU Maqsood Ahmed extended his heartiest congratulations to Commandos who secured Medals in the Police Shuhda Memorial Shooting Competition held at Islamabad and hopedthat they will continue to further improve their professional capabilities in future.
It is to be mentioned here that two SSU Commandos Arsalan Anwar and Abdul Shakoor won two Gold medals and Commando Abdullah won Silver in the first Karachi Garrison Skeet and Shooting Range (KGSSR) Open Shooting Championship-2017 held last week in which 120 shooters took part in the shooting competition.
