Russian Antimonopoly Service Says Samsung Coordinated Prices for Smartphones, Tablets

Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) said in a statement Monday it had found Samsung to be guilty of coordinating prices for smartphones and tablets

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 22nd April, 2019) Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) said in a statement Monday it had found Samsung to be guilty of coordinating prices for smartphones and tablets.

"On April 22, 2019, the FAS commission found Samsung Electronics Rus Company to be guilty of violating Part 5 of Article 11 of the law [on protection of competition].

The company coordinated the economic activities of PJSC VimpelCom, JSC RTK, JSC Svyaznoy Logistics, LLC Eldorado," the statement said.
