6.2-magnitude Quake Hits Northwestern Afghanistan -- GFZ

HONG KONG, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Oct, 2023) An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 jolted northwestern Afghanistan at 0641 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 34.77 degrees north latitude and 62.03 degrees east longitude.
