EU Adds Nine Persons Involved In DPR, LPR Elections To Sanctions List

The European Union added nine persons involved in elections in the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics (DPR and LPR) to its sanctions list, according to an EU Council decision published Monday.

LPR Leader Leonid Pasechnik, the heads of the DPR and LPR central election commissions and parliaments were among those sanctioned by the EU.
