The repetition of the Caribbean crisis over the political standoff in Venezuela is not going to happen as the majority of Latin American countries will oppose any attempt of military intervention, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper
"I don't think that the Caribbean crisis will now be repeated," Lavrov said.
"I guarantee you that if there is an attempt at a military invasion, the overwhelming majority of Latin American countries will immediately oppose and reject this line of action," the minister stressed.
