MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 02nd April, 2019) Moscow is open for dialogue with Kiev aimed at the implementation of the Minsk peace accords, but Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko does not want it and will continue to reject it, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

"We are open to dialogue, which will not involve an idle talk or excuses for inaction, but will be aimed at the practical implementation of the Minsk agreements. But I have no doubts that Petro Poroshenko does not want and will not do it," Lavrov said in an interview with the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper.
