Russia and the United States resumed their anti-terrorism dialogue after Washington's long attempts to evade it, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Wednesday
"Now we have resumed the anti-terrorism dialogue with the Americans after their long attempts to evade it, we are also restoring it with the EU and, as one very specific proposal, we are promoting the idea to connect them to the data bank created by the FSB, which accumulates information on all movements of so-called foreign militants-terrorists," Lavrov said in an interview with the Moskovsky Komsomolets tabloid.
