A Russian Defense Ministry delegation arrived in Iran to attend the second meeting of the Russian-Iranian working group on the implementation of the bilateral intergovernmental agreement on military cooperation, the ministry said in a statement Monday.

"On December 24, 2018, a Russian Defense Ministry delegation led by Deputy Chief of the Russian Armed Forces' General Staff, Vice Admiral Igor Osipov, arrived in the Islamic Republic of Iran to participate in the second meeting of the Russian-Iranian working group on the implementation of the bilateral intergovernmental agreement on military cooperation," it said.
