Russian Investigative Committee Orders Posthumous Psychiatric Evaluation Of Kerch Shooter

Investigators have ordered a posthumous psychiatric evaluation of Vladislav Roslyakov, who perpetrated shooting and bombing attack on a Kerch college, where he was a senior student, Russian Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said on Thursday.
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 18th October, 2018) Investigators have ordered a posthumous psychiatric evaluation of Vladislav Roslyakov, who perpetrated shooting and bombing attack on a Kerch college, where he was a senior student, Russian Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said on Thursday.
According to the latest data, 21 people were killed and some 50 more were injured in the attack on the Kerch polytechnic college on Thursday. The attacker committed suicide, and his motives still remain unclear.
"Forensic, ballistic and other examinations, as well as posthumous psychological and psychiatric examination of Roslyakov have been ordered," Petrenko said.
