Russian Lawmakers To Visit Syria's Hmeimim, Tartus Military Facilities On Dec 19 - Source

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 16th December, 2018) Members of the Russian parliament's upper chamber � the Federation Council � will visit Russian military facilities Hmeimim and Tartus in Syria on December 19 to wish a happy New Year to soldiers, a source familiar with the situation told Sputnik.
According to the source, the delegation will comprise two members of the chamber's Committee on Defense and Security, Vladimir Kozhin and Vyacheslav Markhayev, and a member of the Social Policy Committee, Alexander Varfolomeyev.
"On December 19, members of the Federation Council will be going to Syria to wish [a happy New Year] to soldiers," the source said.
