Trump, Italian Prime Minister Discuss Immigration During Phone Call - Statement

WASHINGTON (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd April, 2019) US President Donald Trump in a statement on Monday said he discussed by phone with Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte topics of immigration and trade.
"Spoke to the Prime Minister of Italy, Giuseppe Conte, mostly concerning Immigration, Taxes, Trade, and the Economy of both of our countries," Trump said via Twitter.
"Very good call!"
Trump and Conte spoke last week to discuss the conflicts in Libya and Venezuela.
Earlier this month, Conte during a speech to parliament said the escalation of violence in Libya and the resulting migration flows should worry Europe and the international community as a whole.
